ACCOMMODATIONS

I have done all I can to select a hotel that is close to the classroom and central to area activities. The hotel is beautiful and about a five minute walk to the classroom.

The hotel I have selected is around $200 a night, but that price can change at any time. If you book your room and would like a roommate, make sure to let your fellow INSIDERS know that in the Facebook group.

Be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible to ensure we all stay in the same hotel. Make sure you understand whether your room is a refundable or a nonrefundable rate.

Once you register, you will be taken to a page where you can sign up for the Year of the Horse Facebook group and the hotel location will be revealed there.

What you are responsible for

You will be responsible for the costs of travel and transportation, your hotel room, and food.

The fine print

Refunds — You can receive a full refund of the course payment if you cancel within 7 days of registering. After 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund for your event payment.
